Screening and separating construction waste is a key step in the recycling process, but also a time-consuming undertaking. So how can we make this process more efficient?

When it comes to fine and precise material screening, traditional methods can often be time-consuming. However, new vibration screening technology could offer a faster solution.

The new ALLU Screener Bucket introduces this high-frequency vibration screening technology to hydraulic attachments, which allows it to boost to screening efficiency with minimal effort.

Designed for fine-material processing, the ALLU Screener utilises high-frequency vibration – up to 800rpm – to produce ultra-fine fragments as small as 6mm.

This innovative technology ensures cleaner separation of dry materials while simultaneously screening and loading, reducing both handling time and material waste.

A fast, clean screening machine

By using vibration-based separation, the ALLU Screener handles various dry materials without crushing them and transforms them into ultra-fine fragments more efficiently.

Total Rockbreaking Solutions Sales Manager, Adam Leece, said that the precision of its screening process eliminates clogging and minimises re-handling, making it an ideal solution for industries handling soil, sand and even construction waste.

“With the new ALLU Screener operators can experience the next level of screening technology that results in better productivity, reduced waste and a streamlined process,” Mr Leece said.

Versatile and adaptable

Built for 20–35t excavators, the ALLU Screener is suitable for multiple applications.

It allows operators to switch mesh sizes within minutes, ensuring adaptability to different screening needs on-site. The mesh is also made from tough, wear-resistant steel, and is designed for heavy use.

Whether handling fine soil for landscaping or separating materials in demolition and construction, this attachment is purpose built to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness by making fine material processing faster, cleaner and more precise.

Manufactured in Finland, ALLU buckets are built for efficiency and durability. With distribution in more than 30 countries, ALLU products are readily available across Australia through an authorised dealership network that also provides maintenance and support.
