One of Australia’s largest energy companies, AGL Energy, has announced that another senior member of staff is moving on from the company.

Chief Customer Officer Melissa Reynolds is leaving to pursue other interests, effective 30 November 2018.

AGL has appointed Mark Enzinger as Interim Chief Customer Officer, while the company conducts an internal and external process to appoint a permanent successor to Ms Reynolds. Mr Enzinger is currently AGL’s General Manager, Customer Operations, and has more than eleven years’ tenure with the company.

AGL Interim CEO, Brett Redman, said, “We are grateful to Melissa for her achievements since joining AGL in May 2017, including leading the delivery of our Customer Experience Transformation program, which is now substantially complete, and our efforts to provide fairness, simplicity and transparency to customers. We wish Melissa all the best for the future.”
