Australian Pipeline Limited has announced the retirement of Leonard Bleasel AM and Russell Higgins AO, both independent, non-executive Directors. The company is now seeking nominations for the two positions.
APA Security holders may nominate candidates for the two positions on the Company’s Board of Directors that will become vacant on the retirement of Mr Bleasel and Mr Higgins.
