Its official, the Beamex User Group is happening again. AMS Instrumentation & Calibration has booked the venue for the annual 2020 Beamex Users Group. The meeting will take place on 24th-25th March 2020 at the Rydges Parramatta Hotel in Sydney, NSW.

The meeting will be held over two days and is free for people to attend. There has been such a positive response from Beamex customers over the last two BUG meetings that AMS is expecting a large number of people from many industries around Australia. 

With a number of recent and pending product releases, the User Group will allow attendees to familiarise themselves with the Beamex product range and discuss strategies to improve management of your calibration workload. 

AMS is excited to have this opportunity to work with its customers to build upon their existing Beamex user experience.

The program is being finalised and expert presenters, Beamex Area Sales Manager, Pertti Maki, Beamex Product Manager, Antti Makynen, will assist in running the program. Other presenters will include AMS Calibration/Flow Products Manager, Mike Farkas, with further guest speakers to be confirmed in the near future. 

The deadline for registrations is February 28th 2020. 

The venue is the Rydges Parramatta Hotel, 116-118 James Ruse Drive, Rosehill, NSW, 2142 .

On the evening of the 24th, AMS would also like to invite all attendees of the meeting to a dinner at the Rydges Hotel to mark the occasion of the 3rd Annual Beamex Users Group. 

A Special note for customers wishing to stay at the Rydges Hotel Sydney Rosehill:

  • Room rate is $219.00 including breakfast
  • Rooms must be booked before the 24 February, 2020 in order to receive this special discounted rate
  • Guests are to book their own rooms and pay their own accounts. Credit card details are required to secure bookings
  • In order to receive the special Accommodation Rate guests must book directly via the booking link.
