Engineering group, UGL Limited has announced that Robert E. Denham has tendered his resignation as a director of the Company effective from 13 December 2013.
Mr Denham has been a director of UGL since February 2012.
UGL Chairman, Trevor Rowe AO, said: “On behalf of the Board, I would like to acknowledge the contribution made by Bob Denham during his Board tenure, in particular, his valuable guidance and advice as UGL expanded the global platform of its property services business, DTZ.
“Due to a rise in the number of Bob Denham’s other professional commitments, Bob has indicated that he is no longer able to dedicate the time required to effectively discharge his duties as a director of UGL. The Board has benefited from Bob’s extensive strategic and corporate experience over his tenure and his contribution is greatly appreciated.”
