APA Group board has undergone major re-shuffling as the director and company secretary step down from their roles.
Robert Wright has retired as director and Mark Knapman has resigned as company secretary with Nevenka Codevelle to replace him.
Ms Codevelle has been APA’s general counsel and will now have the dual role of company secretary and general counsel.
With Mr Wright’s retirement, Steven Crane has been appointed chairman of the Board Audit and Risk Management Committee.
