Endeavour Energy has welcomed 10 international clean-tech companies into the 2026 EnergyLab Scaleup Program, continuing its partnership with the climate technology accelerator for a sixth consecutive year.
The program connects energy businesses with deployment-ready startups to trial emerging technologies that address challenges facing electricity networks. Established in 2020, it aims to accelerate the adoption of innovations that support a more resilient, efficient and flexible grid.
According to Endeavour Energy, this year’s cohort will focus on improving real-time visibility across the network, strengthening predictive grid management, enhancing long-term forecasting and supporting operational efficiency through artificial intelligence and smart hardware. The technologies will also target improvements in electrical safety and field operations.
The ten participating scaleups are FulcrumAir, Crest Robotics, Assetcool, Continuum Industries, Gridbrid, ZeroParallax, Trendspek, Syncrowin, Third Equation and Factor. Their technologies span robotics, AI-powered forecasting, digital inspection, asset monitoring, voltage management and transmission optimisation.
Endeavour Energy Chief Customer and Strategy Officer Leanne Pickering said the program enables the network operator to identify emerging technologies with practical applications for electricity distribution.
“Endeavour Energy is constantly on the lookout for new innovations that can help us run our network more effectively and efficiently to better serve our communities,” Pickering said.
The utility said previous participants, including Infravision, NEARA and VizAR, have progressed through pilot projects that have introduced new approaches to asset management, safety and field operations.
EnergyLab supports more than 180 startups and 130 founders across Australia and New Zealand through its climate technology accelerator programs.
