Energy Networks Association’s (ENA) new initiative will connect the community with energy networks across Australia and show people how they work.
Hello Grid is an online portal that represents the owners and operators of the Australian energy networks (poles, wires and pipes that carry electricity and gas to consumers), and discusses the changes that are taking place in the system.
ENA said the technology and services that are provided by the energy system are changing dramatically, both in Australia and around the world. Homes, vehicles and electricity supply are getting smarter and cleaner, bringing more choices, more options, and more control for all consumers of electricity.
Through Hello Grid, they want consumers to join in this conversation about energy and share more about the future of an integrated, dynamic energy system.
