Endeavour Energy Chairman, Robert Webster, has announced that Tony Narvaez is stepping down as CEO of the company.

Mr Narvaez has been an outstanding leader following the partial sale of Endeavour Energy in July 2017.

Under Mr Narvaez’s leadership, Endeavour Energy achieved some outstanding results that will pave the way for the continued success of the company.

This includes bedding down a number of key initiatives underpinning the consortium’s acquisition plan, successful EBA negotiations, strong regulatory outcomes and embarking on a transformation program that will ensure Endeavour Energy is on track to become one of the best networks in Australia.

Mr Narvaez said that “it’s difficult to leave a company that has made me feel welcome from day one. I feel privileged to have worked with some really talented and dedicated people”.

“One of the first things I noticed at Endeavour was its determination to step up to a challenge and that’s certainly been the case over the last two years.

“I’ve really enjoyed being a part of this committed team that is well on track to serve its community and customers as a top performing network.”

The board will now embark on an extensive selection process for a new CEO of Endeavour  Energy and announce interim arrangements shortly. Mr Narvaez has in the meantime, agreed to remain as CEO to allow for a smooth transition process.
