A major energy utility company has announced that its managing director will be stepping down.
Jemena Managing Director of SGSP (Australia) Assets and Chairman of Zinfra, Frank Tudor, has announced his intention to step down from his roles, in which he has operated as a leader for five years.
The company’s board has appointed Jemena’s Chief Financial Officer, David Gillespie, as Acting Managing Director from 1 September 2023. Mr Gillespie has had an 18 year career at Jemena and has held a range of roles across finance, strategy, and risk.
Jemena expressed its gratitude and appreciation for Mr Tudor’s dedication during his tenure as Jemena’s Managing Director.

Energy Networks Australia (ENA) congratulated Mr Tudor on a successful tenure as Managing Director of Jemena and Chairman of Zinfra.
ENA Chief Executive Officer, Dom van den Berg, said Mr Tudor’s enormous contribution to the industry – and more specifically to ENA over the past seven years – demonstrated a commitment to viable, solutions-driven outcomes for the energy sector that will leave a legacy for years to come.

ENA Board Deputy Chair, John Cleland, will act as Chair from 1 September 2023 until the board meets later in September 2023 when formal appointments will be made.
