The Innovating in asset management workshop will be held on 22-23 November at Ikon House in Sydney, and will be facilitated by Steve Doran, Director of Infrastream and Chair of the asset management Council’s Sydney Chapter.

Innovating the way we manage assets, rather than simply modifying traditional methods, has now emerged as a necessity to meet increasing performance expectations amid tightening cost and risk constraints.

Though the challenge appears great, achieving this successfully is well within the reach of each of us when equipped with the right practical knowledge, tools and approach frameworks.

This workshop will equip attendees to innovate at any level or in any domain within the asset management field through short and varied presentations, structured group interaction and case examples.
