Wingecarribee Shire (NSW) is seeking a sewer treatment assistant operator who will assist in the allocated duties within the Sewer Treatment Headworks including associated inspections, maintenance and renewal works.

The council is looking for a person with a Certificate III in Water Operations (Sewage Treatment) who has demonstrated experience in sewage treatment process and maintenance, repair/maintenance and sewage treatment facilities and assets including effluent quality monitoring.

The successful applicant will maintain Workplace Health and Safety in accordance with the Sewer Headworks operations and actively participate in Council’s Sewage On-Call roster.

The Wingecarribee Shire Council is located in the Southern Highlands.
