The Monbulk Sewerage Project is part of Yarra Valley Water’s sewerage backlog program, which provides new sewerage services to properties that are unable to contain their wastewater on-site. A variety of servicing options are being assessed to determine the best wastewater management solution for the Monbulk area.
Joanna Cooper, Project Manager, said the small group consultations will help them to better understand how best to present the sewerage options to the community.
“We have contacted a number of households across the community to get a range of participants. We would also like commercial businesses and community groups to register to participate. The consultation gives customers a chance to put forward their views about how they would like to be communicated with about Monbulk Sewerage Project.”
