A strong workplace culture helps teams stay connected and supported.

To encourage meaningful conversations in workplaces, NESCAFÉ in Nestlé Professional has partnered with R U OK? as an official partner, encouraging Australians to connect over a coffee and ask, “Are you OK?”

To help organisations bring the message to life, Nestlé Professional is offering $100 off R U OK? merchandise with the code NP_RUOK26. The merchandise is designed to help increase visibility of the campaign and encourage conversations across offices, depots and field teams.

Utility organisations can also download free R U OK? workplace resources to help support meaningful conversations across their teams.

NESCAFÉ in Nestlé Professional also supports the R U OK? Conversation Convoy, an initiative that travels to regional communities across Australia to help people understand the important role they can play in supporting the wellbeing of friends, family and colleagues.

The Conversation Convoy recently stopped at the Nestlé Smithtown Factory, where factory workers and office staff took the opportunity to connect over a cup of NESCAFÉ coffee. More than 40 wellbeing check-in conversations took place during the visit, with more than 40 cups of coffee served.

The R U OK? team was on hand to provide resources and practical advice, demonstrating how simple wellbeing check-ins can be incorporated into the workday.

NESCAFÉ Blend 43 is roasted and blended at the company’s Gympie factory in regional Queensland, reflecting Nestlé’s commitment to supporting local communities.
