Open Windows have announced the launch of their new online tendering solution, ‘eTenderBox,’ offering a free six-month trial to all qualifying organisations.
The eTenderBox includes the classified level defence security regime that ensures online confidentiality.
Open Windows Software CEO and founder, Adam McInnes, said, “We have worked hard to add new functionality and enhance and modernise the user interface.
“The new eTenderBox product is now the best eTender solution in the market we believe, and perhaps the cheapest as well for unlimited tenders.”
He added, “We have also deactivated tender fees for suppliers.”
The new interim Sales and Marketing Director for Open Windows, Jonathan Dutton said, “eTendering is increasingly a no-brainer for busy procurement teams. Vendors get longer to respond, deadlines are absolute and courier & printing costs are nil.
“Online responses are also more secure and greener. Buyers can also fast-track sourcing from over 40,000 pre-registered vendors on the eTenderBox platform.
“Nasty wooden tender boxes in reception foyers filled with ring-binders are an anachronism and a poor representation of a modern procurement profession. eTendering is the future for us all,” said Mr Dutton.
The new Open Windows modular procurement suite is being demonstrated at the forthcoming National User Conference OW2015 on 8-9th October at Crown in Melbourne, tickets can be requested from ow2015@openwindows.com.au
