Programmed is pleased to welcome Pooja Dalwadi, who has joined its Water Academy as Graduate Mechanical Engineer at Melbourne Water’s Water Academy.

As part of a 24-month professional graduate development program, Pooja will work closely with the Melbourne Water Planning & Scheduling team, utilising her engineering skills to contribute to the team’s success.

During Pooja’s second interview, Programmed has organized a comprehensive visit to its eastern treatment plant. 

Programmed said it believes it is significant for its potential hires to become acquainted with the company’s work environment and operations, and this tour gave Pooja valuable insights.

Ms Dalwadi said that she is very excited to be a part of Water Academy. 

“I strongly believe that we have the power to shape our own destiny, and this mindset has been a driving force in both my personal and professional life,” Ms Dalwadi said. 

“The Water Academy graduate program is providing me with the motivation to set ambitious goals and work towards achieving them.”
