Decmil Group Limited has been awarded an extension to its QCLNG Upstream Project – Wellsite Installation Services Contract for QGC.

Estimated to be worth approximately $65 million for 2015, the project is an extension of the existing framework contract with QGC, and has been awarded to the Group’s wholly-owned subsidiary Eastcoast Development Engineering.

The contract extension will see Decmil move from project phase to operational phase, supporting QGC with wellhead construction, logistics, material management and a range of construction services for 2015.

Scott Criddle, CEO and Managing Director of Decmil, said he is delighted with the win: “This extension confirms the strong relationship we have with QGC and further demonstrates our ability to deliver projects to the upstream CSG industry.”

“Decmil now has an established mechanical capability and we look forward to expanding our presence in the operational phase of upstream CSG, including in maintenance and other related services.”
