In WA the Economic Regulation Authority is seeking submissions and comments from various stakeholders in regards to ATCO Gas Australia’s proposed Access Arrangement Proposal for the Mid-West and South-West Gas Distribution System.
The Economic Regulation Authority is responsible for reviewing and approving the access arrangement and is seeking public comment. To assist in the preparation of submissions, the Authority will release an issues paper identifying matters where information and comment are being sought.
The access arrangement sets out terms and conditions regarding access to pipeline services that AGAATCO Gas Australia provides or intends to provide by means of the AGA GDS.
The AGA GDS is a covered pipeline under the National Gas Access Law.
Submissions are due by 4:00pm (WST) Wednesday, 21 May 2014.
