For the third year running, South East Water has been named as one of Work180’s 101 top workplaces for women in 2025 for its policies, benefits and initiatives that help drive gender equality.
Those listed in the top 101 best workplaces for women are recognised as being leaders across ten workplace standards which help create a diverse, equitable and inclusive workplace.
The workplace standards include having inclusive hiring processes, flexible working arrangements, career development, inclusive and anti-discriminatory culture and strategic commitments for equality.
South East Water Managing Director, Lara Olsen, said South East Water is incredibly proud to be named on the list, among many other inspiring and highly respected organisations.
