The Commonwealth seeks a Medium Works Contractor (D&C) to design and construct the necessary physical infrastructure to connect the existing RAAF Base (Williamtown, NSW) sewerage infrastructure to the HWC reticulated infrastructure scheme, to enable the future discharge of RAAF Base Williamtown wastewater to the HWC.
