Horizon Power is seeking tenders for the Remote Communities Centralised Solar Project.

The project aims to install Photovoltaic (PV) and Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) solutions in the remote Aboriginal communities of Kalumburu and Warmun. Warmun does not include BESS solutions.

Tenderers will be able to submit responses for either site individually, or for both sites.

The scope of the works includes:

  • Civil site works inclusive of land clearing, levelling, fencing and associated works
  • Design, installation, and testing of the PV farm and BESS
  • Connection and integration inclusive of commissioning and energisation

Submissions to tender close 3 July 2019.
