The Department of Environment and Primary Industries (VIC) is seeking qualified contractors to undertake works on 21 bores. The works consist of the decommissioning of 10 bores and the refurbishment of 11 bores which are in the State Observation Bore Network operated and managed by the Department of Environment and Primary Industries.
The bores are located in the Westernport, Central Gippsland, and Seaspray areas. The constructed depths of the bores range from 140 metres to 1100 metres with 13 of the bores at depths greater than 700 metres depth. Seven of the bores are under a positive (artesian) head.
