A new book showcasing the wonders of trenchless technology is now available.

Published by the International Society for Trenchless Technology (ISTT), The Wonders of Trenchless: a pictorial is a hard-cover, glossy publication containing over 100 full colour illustrations demonstrating the benefits of trenchless, from Australasia to the UK and everywhere in between.

The project was undertaken by Dr Sam Ariaratnam, ISTT Chairman from 2010-2013 and Mr Derek Choi, current ISTT Chairman. Mr Choi said “This book has come together as a result of the dedication of many people, it si a testament to their enthusiasm for trenchless technology.”

The book showcases various techniques including microtunnelling, horizontal directional drilling (HDD) and pipe relining.

According to ASTT Secretary Jeff Pace, “This book is a pictorial representation of trenchless technologies at work. It contains over 100 colourful and fascinating photos from throughout the world illustrating the global reach of trenchless technology.”

Copies can be ordered via the ISTT website http://istt.com/
