Leading professional services company GHD has extended its partnership with a NSW water authority to deliver water and wastewater projects.

GHD and its client Shoalhaven Water have extended their partnership until June 2017.

The partnership was established in 2012 via a competitive tender to provide project and program management, engineering and environmental services across Shoalhaven Water’s capital program in a strong collaborative environment.

To date, more than 50 projects have benefitted from this model.

GHD’s NSW South Coast Manager, Stuart Clark, said, “Congratulations to everyone who has worked hard to make this partnership a success. In many cases, people from GHD and Shoalhaven Water work as part of ‘one organisation chart’ to deliver projects.

“Our shared culture encourages people from both organisations to work closely together to solve problems and promote innovation.”

Shoalhaven Water services a permanent population of more than 98,000 people as well as approximately 2.7million annual visitors on the South Coast of New South Wales. The utility also manages many scenic and environmentally sensitive areas.
