The Water Services Association of Australia (WSAA) and The Energy Charter have signed a WE (water + energy) Collaborate Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to facilitate improved outcomes for customers.
The purpose of the MoU is to create a high-level commitment to collaboration between the energy and water sectors to achieve better customer outcomes.
The MoU is aimed at delivering better outcomes to customers through collaboration and organisational efficiencies, with a focus on improving trust in both sectors.
As part of the MoU, WSAA has recently been delivering a series of ‘lunch and learn’ webinars for members of both The Energy Charter and WSAA.
The Energy Charter is a national CEO-led collaboration that supports the energy sector towards a customer-centric future.
