Industrial gas supplier, APA Group, has appointed a new APA Board Director, effective from September 2023.
Nino Ficca will serve as an Independent Non-executive Director to the Board of APA Group Limited and APA Infrastructure Limited, effective from 1 September 2023.
Mr Ficca’s previous experience includes AusNet Services Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director, which he held for more than 14 years. At the present time, Mr Ficca is a Non-executive Director of Australian Energy Market Operator, Transurban Queensland and Kardinia Health.
APA Group Chairman, Michael Fraser said he is pleased to welcome Nino Ficca to the Board, with his extensive experience.
“Nino is a highly experienced Executive and Non-executive Director, having held senior leadership roles across the energy sector, including in both electricity and gas markets,” said Mr Fraser.
“Nino has deep experience in energy transmission and distribution grids, and his experience and skills will complement those of our existing Directors and strengthen the Board.”
